Really a lovely thing. So multifaceted. Gently oxidative nose. Saline. Appealing funk. Palate is honeyed, notes of jasmine, peach, lychee, more ox, nuts, long finish. Enjoyed with pasta/homemade salsa di noci; pairing was on point. #puffeney
