Really a quite nice Barolo from a producer I hadn’t had before. Quite accessible at this stage - not at all over oaked or anything - but still in a “more modern” style. Some nice delicacy in the glass - the fruit, earth, and acid all expressing well.

Enjoyed this wine with a wonderful dinner of eggplant stuffed ravioli and fillet mignon in Noci, Italy. Garnett color with cocoa, raspberry and plum on the nose and palate and hints of black pepper on the finish. Elegant and lovely.
