This is good. Fresh and clean. — 5 days ago
Light golden in color.
On the nose limes, grapefruits, citrus, green apples, spices, herbs, grass, light vegetables and white pepper.
Medium bodied with bright acidity. Crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, green apples, light grapefruits, earth, spices, vegetables, herbs, black pepper and green tea.
Tangy finish with limes and herbs.
This is a very nice Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley. Showing nice complexity and refreshing. Tangy, spicy and interesting. The alcohol is nicely integrated, although pretty high.
Good by itself and better with food. Would be wonderful with oysters.
I paired it with cheeses and crackers, and is very nice with the Spanish Manchego cheese.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

The notes on the 2016 CA 1 apply here as well. (nose of black fruit and cassis, painted with cedar, clove and cinnamon. The palate is alive with the dark berry notes and oak spice, and a monstrous set of tannins that need some decant time to soften.) This is a wild wine, full of aromas and flavors, brimming with tannins, ready to rumble. — 11 days ago
Visually opaque in the bottle and glass. Still showing well on day 2.
Lemon sherbet nose. Palate is lifted and displays complexity. Exotic fruits are supported by just the right amount of acidity. Mid palate shows moderate sweetness and briskness. In our minds, best Bevan SB in the last few years. This will keep for a while longer, but best enjoyed now. — 7 days ago
Had another bottle. Fruit 64% Napa & 36% Sonoma. Pale lemon with aromas of fresh ripe citrus and tropical fruits with herb mineral notes. Pineapple, peach and citrus flavors adding grapefruit tones, great acidity balance, smooth, medium+ finish ending with bright mineral character. Nice! — 3 days ago
Really nice apricot taste — 7 days ago
A rush of citrus, floral and tomato leaf aromatics lead into beautifully sculpted orchard fruit flavors, nicely balancing vivacity with depth. The Sybarite offers plenty of bright Sauvignon character (without veering into the green/grassy end of the spectrum) and tons of sheer appeal. $25.00 (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, September 2020) — 11 days ago
