Bright straw color with a few green highlights. Aromas of lemon and tropical fruit and a hint of fresh herbs. More green apple and lemon on the pallet with unripe peach, spices and those fresh herbs. Hint of wet stones or chalk on the very long (but a touch bitter) finish. Good structure and body with a nice balance of freshness and acidity. Very interesting due to its complexity. — a year ago
