I lived in Belgium for a while. Know this well. They produce a specific glass to consume this from. Most Belgian beers have a unique glass.

Watou Abt 12 Belgian Abbey Ale

Just decadent, rich intense, chocolate malt, nutty caramel, dulce de leche, s’mores, etc. have to keep this away from kids. Hi-octane but ALC doesn’t show - extremely well done w/certain subtle acidic/yeasty tang which offsets all sweet notes... we have glasses for this specific beer which enhances the experience. — 2 months ago

Hommage Framboise Lambic 2019

The standard with cantillon. This is worth trying just for the nose. It explodes out of the glass. Perfume, raspberries, cherries, cream, insane. Palate coats every taste buds with fruit, sour lemonheads, just an crazy amount of raspberry and cherry flavor. Also some forest. Unbelievable. — 3 months ago

Brasserie Dupont

Vieille Provision Saison Dupont Belgian Farmhouse Ale

I love how a really great saison plays tricks on my mind. The nose can smell a bit heavy with a ton of funk, spice, malt/wheat, and flowers. Then initially the palate is big with a bunch of flavor and some bitter bite, but as it finishes it is all integrated into a beautiful clean dry finish just begging for another sip. This may be the best and it is always wonderful. 9/16/2020 bottle date. — a month ago
