Unusual! From Le Marche. Medium bodied, ruby-purple color, not super dry, nice acids, medium–light tannins. Rose, violet, prune, stewed strawberries, vanilla, some baking spice. From Main Street Wine and Gourmet, Orleans. 03/07/21

Really delicious, interesting wine. Deep magenta. High density. Dark fruit. Very little oak on the nose, no vanilla etc. Flavor is well balanced and somewhat inscrutable. High acid, medium+ tannin.
Round 2 with this wine. Deep ruby, surprisingly turbid. More acidic than I remember. Mostly merlot, plus cab, raboso, et al. Would rate 8.5 today. — 9 months ago
Lighter, Barbarossa, Barolo (just others maybe similar), pepper, slightly orange red, spicy, nice overall — 4 years ago
What an interesting wine. Slightly transparent red in colour. Sweet note upfront, with gentle red berries in the middle. Medium acid note through the finish. — 5 years ago
