Pretty concentrated ruby dress. Evolved nose evoking Burgundy. In the mouth a beautiful smoothness, concentration, between evolved notes and fruit still very lively. A pretty bottle full of refinement. It can be drunk on its own.
Can still age 5/10 years, maybe more.

Beautiful Southern gourmandise. Grenache in front with its notes of black fruits, coffee, chocolate. Syrah brings its lot of pepper, violet, typical menthol, and Carignan, thyme and garrigue notes. The 14 degrees of alcohol are absolutely unfeeling. It’s very good, it’s very soft.

Un beau magnum vieilli 5 ans en cave. On retrouve la générosité gourmande des vins du Beaujolais en macération carbonique, ici avec de belles notes d’évolution qui lui donne du relief au nez et en bouche, du des notes de fleurs séchées et truffes. Une belle gourmandise. Ça se boit tout seul et avec quasiment tout.

We find the greedy generosity of Beaujolais wines in carbon maceration, here with beautiful notes of evolution that gives it relief to the nose and mouth, notes of dried flowers and truffles. We are totally out of the usual landmarks with this pretty Merlot de Loire, in a nature spirit that drinks beautifully well. In addition to plum, unexpected floral notes, bark and infused herbs tend towards caramel. It is supple, silky, fine and deep. Curious to see how it will evolve over 3.5 years. Winemaker to watch.

On est totalement hors des repères habituels avec ce jolie Merlot de Loire, dans un esprit nature qui se boit magnifiquement bien. Au nez outre la prune, des notes inattendues florales, d’écorces et d’herbes infusées tendent vers le caramel. C’est souple, soyeux, fin et profond. Curieux de voir comment ça évoluera sur 3,5 ans. A crunchy Croze. The colour is superb with purple-grenat tones, brilliant and deep. Open and charming nose of red and black fruits. On the palate, the aromatic palette is wide: crunchy fresh fruits, accompanied by the typical floral and peppery notes of Syrah; mineral notes of graphite evoking Malbec (at blindly one could misunderstand), well-contained mentholed herbaceous notes. A bold and smoked side giving consistency to tasting. Digestial and easy to drink. It's drinked with two bottles! Curious to see how it would evolve over 3/5 years in the meantime, it's delicious.

Un Croze au fruité croquant. La robe est superbe avec des tons pourpres-grenat, brillante et profonde. Nez ouvert et charmeur sur des notes de fruits rouges et noirs, de la violettes. En bouche la palette aromatique est large : du fruit croquant et frais, accompagnés des notes florales et poivrées typique de la Syrah; des notes minérales de graphite évoquant le Malbec (à l’aveugle on pourrait s’y méprendre), des notes herbacées mentholées bien contenues. Un côté gras et fumé donnant de la consistance à la dégustation. Digeste et facile à boire. Ça se boit par deux bouteilles! A pretty nose of well-integrated aging wines Parker style, with notes of fruits still very fresh on cherry, blackcurrant. Notes of fennel, bay leaf, caramel, pepper... the alcohol is well integrated. After 1 hour of ventilation, and a little refreshed, it drinks well, but it does not yet give its full measure. To be tasted in at least two three years and for the next ten years.

Un jolie nez des vins d’élevage bien intégré aux notes de fruits encore très fraîches sur la cerise, cassis. Des notes de fenouil, laurier, caramel, poivre… l’alcool est bien intégré. It's clear that it holds up super well! The bouquet combines fruity notes of pear, hint of orange blossom, brioche notes and almonds in complete coherence. It's digestible and long in the mouth. It can be drunk well in all circumstances without leaving a headache.

Light and translucent ruby dress. Typical Bourguignon Pinot-noir nose: tangy red berries, undergrowth mushrooms, mild spices. The mouth confirms the aromas perceived on the nose, in a nice general balance. The primary notes are respected, combined with a small discreet toasted side and mineral notes. It drinks very well. 2017 is ready to drink. To be tasted again over 5 years for curious/amateur people.

Robe rubis claire et translucide. Nez typique Bourguignon Pinot-noir: petits fruits rouges acidulés, champignons sous-bois, épices douces. La bouche confirme les arômes perçus au nez, dans un bel équilibre général. Les notes primaires sont respectées, associées à un petit côté toasté discret et des notes minérales.
