Reserve Alsace Gewürztraminer
Tried twice! Medium lemon color with pronounced aromas of sweet stone fruits, floral and spice notes. On the palate flavors of ripe peach, pear and citrus with honeysuckle and spice notes. Medium finish, crisp with off-dry character, ending with fruit and perfumed mineral spice. Nice!

Jun 10th, 2018A little sweeter than some from Alsace, but has the acid to back it up. Peaches, apricots, underripe mango, pears, and loads of white flowers and perfume. Phenolic bitterness shows through just a bit at the end. Good patio wine!

Jun 21st, 2017Dry, light-bodied Alsatian Gewürz. Rose petal, lychee, pear, subtle minerality. Paired nicely with a Spicy Seaweed salad.

Jul 31st, 2015Dawn dish soap is the easiest way to describe this wine. There are flutters of peaches and apricots on the nose and some spice on the palate, but this wine is just way too soapy. The palate is viscous and needs some acid - maybe too hot a vintage? Don't drink, pass it off to grandma.
