Classic Cremant Rose. Bright, crisp and dry with lush red fruits and small, elegant bubbles. — 5 years ago
Notes of petrol and dried fruit, like apricot. We had it with taco night. Would be amazing with spicy Asian food. — 10 years ago
Phew. This is some absolute serious wine. Lychee, candied apricots, melon and pineapple. All of that backed up by some great acidity and proper structure. More more more. — 11 years ago
Refreshing and balanced. Right amount of sweetness. Lemon and honeysuckle. — 4 months ago

Honeyed peaches on the nose. On the palate dried apricot fruit, honeydew melon, butterscotch, and can't decide if it's tangerine or Meyer lemon. Even though it's ripe fruit apparent on the palate, the wine itself is dry. Amazing acidity and a wine that I want to sip slowly and will be sad when it's gone. — 11 years ago
Surprisingly still alive! Smells like it’s a well oaked Chardonnay, with initial ties of cinnamon apple sauce, baked citrus (maybe key lime pie?), and some syrup like preserves. A DEEP surprisingly gold color, light to medium body with hues of green to the edges. Palate definitely reflects the age but doesn’t come off like a Riesling, with hints of tart apple, flat sprite, same baked notes and @Tiva Feltman said even a little cough syrup-y. Very surprising for an old Riesling, one not meant for age. — 8 months ago
Quintessential gewurtz from Alsace. An excellent value. Works terrific with a seared foie gras — 4 years ago
A strawberry and light cherry nose. On the palate, that strawberry flavor intensifies for me into those huge, red-throughout strawberries you find at the peak of season... The wine has bright acidity, but seems to have a savory earthiness that makes me think of sausage rolls... The finish is longer than I expected with perhaps some greener notes developing at the end. This wine would go great with a giant charcuterie plate I think, though my wife was significantly less enthused than I was with this bottle as she was a bit offended with the acidity. — 5 years ago

Sweet, ripe apricot and honey with slight hint of citrus. Slightly dry finish. Really nice wine overall — 9 years ago
Very round and creamy and delicious and delicate, you'll want the whole bottle for yourself. — 11 years ago

nice, darker straw, mineral saline nose, some orchard fruit but fairly austere, med bodied on palate, fattened up but still firm acidic backbone. Great as aperitif, silky & sexy — 4 months ago
