In a blind tasting I would hope to get this as an example of Oregon Pinot. Pure bright fruit, enough stuffing and great acid on the long finish. It went well with Cinnamon's miso-roast chicken.

This is the Emery single vineyard bottling. Wow, still drinking great. Very Burgundy like: tart red berries, forest floor, sour cherry. Complex, layered and not showing it’s age at all.
