Butter yellow floral aromatics with a hint of musk. It's buttery-textured, too, a curious mix of apple and buttercream, with a savory finish. Somewhat unintegrated; it might be interesting to taste this again with a year of bottle age. 50% barrel-fermented in neutral oak, with 7 months sur-lie aging with bâtonnage; 50% stainless-fermented, with 7 months in stainless on lees. 13.5% abv | $15 (sample)

Im@not a huge fan of Chardonnay but honestly, I really like this one! It's not dry, it's just sweet enough without being too sweet.

Peach blossoms pears and a hint of vanilla and rubber bands greet your nose. Has a taste of green apple and assorted fruit finish with a hint of burn at the back of the throat. All flavors are mild. Disappointing for a Chardonnay. Has no oak, which most don't any longer

Quite a punch vibrant style, leesy, ripe nectarine, quite sweet fruit. Full style, sweet, juicy ripe fruit, leesy, creamy and lightly the toasty. Good drinking.
