Oaky, aroma of apple and buttery finish, very smooth, also hint of vanilla, great chard — 7 months ago

It’s possibly because the local wine distributor is so strict but this is so much better than anything I’ve had in years at this price point. — 9 months ago
very impressive especially considering the price: inky, dark garnet hued, immediate Left Bank notes & aromas of dark fruit, cassis, cocoa, graphite, leafy herbaceous element, varietally correct & accessible. Firm tannins, plush mouthfeel, not the biggest boldest CA CS but solid. — a month ago

This is a delicious wine. It has strong fruit on the nose, like blackberries and cherries, with a bit of spice and oak. When you taste it, there’s a nice mix of jammy red and black fruits, and you can pick up some vanilla and chocolate too. The wine feels smooth with just the right amount of acidity. — a year ago

From 100% Wente clones that get max hang time, large and tiny berries packed together, pale lemon with subtle aromas of citrus and stone fruits. On the palate flavors of apple, lemon and lime flavors, crisp acidity, long finish ending with rich mineral character. Perfect now! — 2 years ago
