Beyer Ranch California Zinfandel

This is a delicious wine. It has strong fruit on the nose, like blackberries and cherries, with a bit of spice and oak. When you taste it, there’s a nice mix of jammy red and black fruits, and you can pick up some vanilla and chocolate too. The wine feels smooth with just the right amount of acidity.

Not many Zins available in OZ but this was a nice mouthful of blackberries and blueberries, complimented with some spice infusion. Good subtle tannins with a fruity finish.
