Jun 7th, 2024Scintillating aromas of english peas, confectionary grapes, fresh herbs and minerals. True scene in nature stuff here. Crushed rocks and a meadow after a fresh rain. Gorgeous. Palate is so harmonious and pure with awesome freshness and purity. Razor sharp acidity and a palate staining finish. Some wild mint now on the nose. Juicy, incisive, invigorating and so concentrated. So sapid on the finish and really sticks in your gums with razors and opulence. Just a brilliant Sylvaner. Will be back as it evolves. This got so energetic after air and the opulence dialed back. Wonderful.

Electric. Medium aromatics, crunchy fruit, stunning mid-palate, long finish. So attractive. Grapefruit & lime juice running over slate. Saline, minerals. Buzzing it’s energy and finesse. Beautiful work.

Acid is bonkers and this is so so juicy. Nimble and pure. Flavors of spice and green herbals. A stunning array of flavors and freshness. Paul’s wines are so refined in 21.

Dazzlingly pure and dense. Really long finish and great balance. Crisp and crunchy but also rich. Nice tension there. Grippy and structured. Fantastic showing.

Nose : nose is a bucket of fresh herbs. Beautiful. Jfc this is good. So distinctive.
Palate is delicious. Incredibly fresh and bright. Complex. Herbal. Almost like dry low alcohol chartreuse. Wow.
