Weilberg GG Riesling

The first GG. @Delectable Wine this is Grosses Gewachs in 2015. Mineral. Peach, apricots, full of fruit and minerals. Elegant, texture, powerful, intense and yet so pretty and lean. Salty, mineral finish. Dissipates. So clean. Mouthwatering.

Intensiv auf der Nase, tiefes Gelb, das auf einen körperreichen Wein hindeutet. Typische Rieslingsäure jedoch nicht dominant, eher angenehm und im Gleichklang mit ausgeprägtem Bouquet. Sehr Ausgewogen und gelungen

Pop and pour yesterday. Stunning yesterday and today. Density has picked up from last showing. Peach, melon, stone and lovely depth on the nose. On the palate: fantasric acidity and density, mirroring the nose. Long finish. Excellent now, definitely will improve with more age.

Nice nose with ripe peach, yeast, wet stone, lemon oil, still primary. On the palate, excellent acidity, loads of wet stone, intense lemon peel, and ok density. Good viscosity, and a tangy finish. Acidity is slightly disjointed, but a solid btl.

White pit fruit, lime. Incredibly long and well delineated flavors. Dances across the palate.
