Just wow. My usual, instant hook: the chalky, from limestone, texture. A very present, but elegant acidity with endless development over the few minutes that it lasted in my glass... Thank you @Fritz Wittkowski for bringing this baby out at a meeting. Send me another in 5 years time! Seriously deserving of this 10.
