Tart, pithy, racy and firm. Feels like a very fresh fruit selection for the warm vintage. Lime zest, green apple, ginger and sea salt flavors. Cheerful quaffer with freshness and verve.

2015 vintage. Lemon, yellow apple, chalk, slight smokiness, sage, dried white flowers. Definitely dry on the palate, but not excessively so. Very linear in its path across the palate.
