Pale yellow color. Great clarity. Nose is fuming of robust earth, wet asphalt, rocky mineral, petrol, green apple. Just keeps coming.
Light, round edges with focused flavor. Minerals, green apple, hint of mango, lasting finish. Pleasantly surprised. Opened 3/10/17
