Considered white Burgundy or Etna Bianco.
Called Canary Islands. Salty and reductive.
Lots of acid. Should’ve considered Willamette as this reminds me of Morgen Long wines. Good vintage for most of the west coast.

Burgundian in character. The nose is white peach, flint, petrol, oak, and gunpowder. The palate adds lemon, quince, white pepper and cedar. Medium alcohol, medium body, high acid, and a long finish.
