An hour in the decanter really had this singing. Wonderful expression of volcanic terroir. Dusty tannin, cherries, muddled strawberry, and a touch of Vulcan funk.

Great acidity and fruit integration. A very nice food pairing wine from a very eclectic region of Italy. The volcanic soil expresses itself in the wine with a smokey, polished mineral tannins.
