I find it too sweet and the color is frankly unattractive. It smells like grapefruit and raspberry mixed together with a pinch of volatile acidity. It’s lacking tertiaries and just stays in the happy red fruit range. #pinotnoir#chileanwine#chile

Picked this up after trying it in a great restaurant in Santiago. Normally I think of carmenerre or Cabernet Sauvignon when I think of Chile, but this was a very good wine. Strawberry, raspberry notes with a bit of vanilla. A bit of oak and fruit on the palate. Would like to compare with a newer version, but seemed to be coming into its own
