Pale to medium straw color. Crystal clear. Not an expressive nose at all. All I get is some white flower, lemon/lime, sulfur?, saline and a trace of lees. Medium plus acidity, clean finish with some bitterness. Very simple, easy and clean wine. 12.5% abv. 375ml

Tonights wine is the 2019 Villa Sparina Gavi di Gavi.
On the nose the notes are one of lemon, green apple, pear, banana, herbs and minerals.
On the palate I am getting lemon, green apple, saline, chalky minerality and a flinty note.
