Perbacco Langhe Nebbiolo

This is a blend of mostly Barolo with a tad of Barbaresco Nebbiolo. It is bright as can be, full of red cherry, a whiff of earth and something even a tad sanguine. It is tasty and ready to drink now but could use more integration

Young? Yes. Drinkable? Of course. Rose petals, but also their stems and thorns on the nose. White pepper and cranberry on the palate. Medium plus acidity, medium plus tannins. Medium bodied. 14%abv.

Wicked Nebbiolo.

Earthy… some tobacco. Leather. But still delicate.

Strawberry and fruit forward on open; but evolved and showed red fruit, umami, and herbs. Pretty good and a value.

Very good, elegant and transparent with nuanced aromas of red cherries, wild strawberries, tomato juice, dried herbs, roses and tar.
Fresh bite with a nice tannic grip, confirming lenght on the palate with a good interplay of fruit intensity on a savoury canvas.
A bit shy at first, give it at least an hour in the decanter and you’ll be luckily rewarded.

Consistently delicious, cherry nose, with characteristic bright acid and tannins. Young, but fun with food. A crowd-pleaser over the holidays.

Consistently excellent Nebbiolo to enjoy while the big boys age. Strawberries, red cherries, sage. Goes down easily. The acidity also makes it a dream with food.
