Clear and pele orange or straw yellow color, aroma of chinese quince, citrus peel, flint, dry fruits, and hint of white flower.Fresh and clear acid, sharp bitterness, and cheerful taste.

Weird wine in the best way. Open two days: day one was bracingly acidic, needed food to be enjoyable. Day two was much better, but when this warmed up to slightly above room temp, it started drinking like a red wine, and it’s utterly fantastic. Full bodied, floral, spice notes, and peach skin. Blind, it kind of smells like a weird Pinot.

Floral, very flavorful. Little alcohol on the finish. A grape I’d never heard of. Worth the try. I would get it again. Had it with pasta and creamy greens.
