Bolonero Castel del Monte Aglianico Nero di Troia

Lighter than a Nero di Troia... almost Chianti-like in viscosity. Can't say I didn't like it. Quite the opposite.

It could be mistaken for a "novello". Intense parfume of strawberry. Impressively easy drinkability and freshness supported by a fizzy acidity. A vivid ruby red color with purple reflections. A drink-me-now-drink-me-all wine.

Fruity, concentration. Black fruits including prune. Spicy. Tanning. Sourness is showing up later. CP good. Bolonero Castel Del Monte Rosso Torrevento 2019 @1562, Toscan, 231112-231122

Nose : blueberry.

Palate: tart. Flat. Unripe blueberries.

An easy drop. No fuss. Big on blackberries with a tapering of kampot and bell peppers.
