The Eyrie Vineyards
Melon de Bourgogne
Whoa, cool. Once you stop wanting it to be Muscadet, a super engaging wine on its own terms.

Oct 16th, 2016First tasted this two and a half years ago and have been saving it for as long as possible before opening. Great acidity, with a nutty, yeasty complexity, and stone and tropical fruits. Six years old and would love to taste it in another ten years.
