Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2020 Chianti Classico pours a garnet color with medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of Montmorency cherries, Balsamico, mushrooms, stinky socks and cool spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium, a touch sweet and sour. Drink now.

2014 vintage. Noticeable brett on the nose, medium plus tannins that dominate the sour red fruit palate. Overall somewhat flat, not dynamic profile and finish

Brilliant in stealing price!. We have read fruit game (raspberry, red cherry and red plum) with oak (cedar and smoke) & leather/meaty character. In addition we get some prune and savory texture in mouth. Medium(+) bodied with long finish, medium(+) acidity and medium tannins. Mniam! Cheers

Not bad. Dry... But tasted a bit young! Take time to make it open up!
