Hugely aromatic with ripe yellow peach and nectarine on the nose. Great mouthfeel from the yeast still in the bottle but you need to know how to properly serve it so it's perfectly clear. Requires upright storage and decanting. Ripe citrus and Meyer lemon on the palate. Not a wine for rookies. — 9 years ago
Great wine, super layered, lots of primary and secondary aromatics and flavors on the pallet. Poached orchard fruits and great acidity on the finish. Thanks to Shiva at Montys Dublin for the tasting — 8 years ago
Very surprised that it's still kicking despite my less than stellar storage ... Golden hue and definitely full Malo, lees, caramel oak, and dairy on the nose with rich stone orchard fruit on the palate with only moderate minus oxidation... Still decent acidity. Pairs brilliantly with fresh bread, goat Brie, and peach preserves — 9 years ago
Huge aromatics of fresh white peach and mountain flowers, crisp acidity and just ripe orchard fruit and citrus zest on the palate. Very long finish — 9 years ago
Solid tannin structure still, dried fruits on the palate and nice medium body — 8 years ago

Absolutely phenomenal California Chardonnay... Tons of ripe juicy white peach, Meyer lemon zest, and humongous amounts of minerality on the mid palate and finish — 9 years ago
Medium body with light tannins and spice notes on the finish. Primarily red fruits on the palate with balanced acidity. Worked well with a rich Trentino lunch of polenta, luganega, and cheeses — 9 years ago

2014 vintage. Noticeable brett on the nose, medium plus tannins that dominate the sour red fruit palate. Overall somewhat flat, not dynamic profile and finish — 6 years ago
