Medium Ruby with a bouquet of red berry fruit aromas with earthy herbs. Aged in oak cask for 2 years, on the palate flavors of sour cherry and strawberry with cacao, leather, earthy herbs and a hints of smoke and spice. Vivid acidity with fine tight tannins, medium+ finish with slight alcohol burn. Drink now! Tasting Sample!

Jan 19th, 2021This is a young but great Barolo. With air, the nose shows beautiful, intense cherry fruit, minerally gravel, licorice, and yes, tar and faded roses. Damn. Really good depth of flavor, nice acidity, lots of fine-grained tannin. Maybe not a 20 year wine but this will get even better over the next several years.

Had too many wines prior to rate adequately but cherry light in mouth but good complexity. Tobacco. Smooth tannins bless than expected for year

Dense wine, with aromas of leather, tobacco, coffee. The body is full. We would have liked a slightly longer finish.
