Nose has cinnamon, moist earth, black cherry, rhubarb, and some oaky vanillin. Lots of broad dark fruit and oakiness in the mouth. Lowish acids but a bit of bitterness in the finish to keep it from being cloying. Not too shabby for a cheapy.

Happy with this sultry Pinot. Silky tannins, med length, will pair perfectly with my afghan lamb chops.

The best of this brand that I've ever had. The fruit comes from my vineyard and a few others in the Willamette. One noticeable difference in this vintage: The acid. #2013 is one for the ages!

A bit more forward than the 2011 with bright, ripe red berries. Surprisingly rich for Willamette.
