I find the bouquet faint and hard to detect, but the taste is wonderfully complex: white peach, grapefruit, orange zest, lemon, and mineral. Very enjoyable. This would probably pair great with ceviche.

Light yellow color. Aromas of green orchard fruit, white flowers and citrus. Flavors of peaches, nectarines, tropical fruit, green apples, lemon curd, raw almonds and a very pleasing saline note. Beautiful note of minerality on the long finish. Medium-minus body (but still a bit of heft) and refreshing acidity. Lovely silky texture for such a crisp wine. Outstanding QPR.
