Schiefergestein Bockenauer Trocken Riesling

Light grassy color with some initial spritz and medium viscosity; light citrus, pineapple and charon and heavy floral, rubber, and bakery notes on the nose; so fresh and vibrant with a very dry but still mouthwatering mid-palate and finish.

Bracing acidity, waxy, petrol notes, lemony lime goodness

First you get the typical Schaefer-Froehlich reduction on the nose but with some time it blows off. A lot of mineral notes, wet stone, sourcrout, fresh sliced white peach, elegant fruit. On the palate the acidity kicks in. Needs another two years to fully come together. Great QPR.

Very pure and pristine, chrystal clear riesling. Plenty of acidity but a pear-like fruitiness gives counterweight. Refreshing.

Great village wine. Clean, precise nose with herbal and mineral notes. Citrus (mostly like) on the palate. Dry, structured, quite saline. Great mineral texture, good acidity

Citrus and tropical fruit, stone, electric ⚡️

 after a first reductive whiff there is pure and pristine lemon-like citrus with some green melon. The palate is where it’s at with smoky minerality and electric acidity

Clean, pure, crisp with white peach, ripe lemons, some slate & a touch of smoke in the back.
On the palate with bright, fresh acidity and great length. Bone dry and juicy with the warm vintage adding a bit of roundness. Nice one.

No notes, but this was bright, complex and perfect w/Thai food. At Khom Loi Sebastopol (Restaurant recommended even more highly than the wine)🔥
