Love this shit. Real wine. Love the 2010s from Piedmont. Awesome acid. Dried black & blue fruits, but red fruit nose. Especially 2nd day. Old school producer. Really, rating this wine is bullshit! It's just delicious and affordable and I wish I had more. Have no more cool 2010 from Piedmont that aren't 50quid a bottle.

lighter than expected. strawberries. a little thin on the palette. not very interesting, but still highly drinkable, but can probably pass next time.

Kind of the perfect hump day wine. If you must drink Barbera, it's got to be d'Asti. Doesn't hurt if it's from Scarpa.
