On mission to build something big with Flatiron Wines & Spirits.
Blend of Malvasia, Galego Dourado, Jampal and Fernao Pires. Full texture on the palate with a pronounced mineral touch on the finish, reminiscent of salty ocean air. Citric and tropical on the nose. Love wines like these with substantial weight on the palate bit with notably mineral finishes as they are infinitely easy to pair with a wide range of foods. — 6 years ago
Key lime nose followed by creamy, candied Sour Lemon palate. Splendid balance of residual with beautiful acidity. Still salivating. — 8 years ago

Blackberry shrub, violets and iron mineral rust. Full-bodied and lush with surprisingly soft, integrated tannins. Intrigued. — 7 years ago

What a fun wine. Skin macerated and raised in oak (for two years!), textural, mature with surprising freshness. First experience with a wine from Bosnia-Herzegovina, the grape Zilavka and the producer Brkic. Love the inscription on the back label, "I will make wines likes this or I will not make them at all." — 7 years ago
Always a such a treat. Incredible value given the quality and provenance. Well done famille Rollin, may I have a chance to some day grace your cellar doors. — 8 years ago
