Remarkably youthful and not really what I expected from this wine. Don’t get me wrong, it was delicious, but much less yeasty/biscuity and much more green apple and floral than I would have guessed especially with 7 years on it. 2013 Salmon Special Club.

Superb. My understanding is that this is 100% Meunier and no dosage. Nose is all chalky soil with a hint of red fruits. Luscious texture but the compelling bit is the in mouth energy and compellingly long, dry finish.

Too young in my opinion; needs a few more years to mellow. Refreshing and good aromas of green apples but a bit too acidic for my liking right now. Got it at a good price for $40 and not regretting that.

Great crusty doughyness on the palate. Nose shows the same with some Carmel apple. Medium bubbles and round(ish) on the finish. Very good value. Passed the Bunny Brunch test.
