Pre-release of a natural wine made in SLC with grapes from Mendocino County. Bright black and blue fruits and a dash of rhubarb. It will be fun to see how it evolves over the next year.

Was okay and funky. Spice and dark cherry fruit and rhubarb.

actually Carignan blended with a Grenache and Cab Sauv. excellent plump, ripe fruit but restrained to reveal soil and wet grass tones.

Man, this is so tasty. Tart blueberries, leather, wet wood, lemon peel.

Could smell this for days. Carignan predominant with cherries, but some blueberry jam, hint of pepper, hint of raw cocoa, some pine forest. Palate has a lot of tannin, more cherries, blueberry pie including crust, baking spice, hint of lime zest, and then a meaty game quality. Fascinating. Probably better in 5 years.
