A blend of mostly Cab Sauv, with small amounts of Petit Verdot, Merlot & Cab Franc. Deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruits and some herb notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with sweet spice and notes of cacao. A consistent wine and a good value, this is my house Cab. Medium+ finish, fine tannins, well balanced ending with fruit and herb tobacco spice.

Super classic. Still deep ruby with just a hint of brick at the rim. Nose is dried cherries, tobacco, some sur maturitie of black fruits (blackberry, plym/prune) and a eucalyptus note that my said reminds her of Australia 🇦🇺.
Medium plus body, with almost no perceptible tannin. Caveat that this was matched with wood grilled sirloin and unexpectedly, outrageously hot 🔥 Pimiento de Padron peppers, so my mouthfeel after the first few sips is highly compromised.

Opened this for my Dad to celebrate fathers day. He loves Napa Cab but doesn't have a lot of experience with aged wine. He loved it. Very velvety and soft texture, smooth and integrated. Dried plums, tobacco, candied olives, wet earth, a kiss of meat. Has that classic sweet core of fruit framed by characters from bottle age. Delicious, balanced, and showing very well right now.
