Although this wine has gained in complexity and depth over the years, I still can’t get passed its Pinot-ey character... So, to me, this is a well-made wine, which is food for thought... not for the heart.

Fresh, ripe red and black cherry, red plum, red flower, fresh herbs with hints of vanilla. Medium-bodied, very smooth, fine tannins and fresh acidity. Great balance. Lovely wine.

A little bitty (very big) baby and unhappy to be awakened so soon. No reference for where this might go with time... A question mark. Well made but not much fun today. Ponderous and opaque.
