Dec 28th, 2013Deep ruby hue. Aromas of bell pepper, cherry, ham, pepper, plum, rubber, sage, tar, and violet, with a palate of red fruit and spices. Medium-plus body, with rich, integrated tannins and plus acidity. Profoundly complex while soft and easy to drink. Drinking at its peak is delightful. Blend of Grenache (45%), Syrah (35%), and Mourvedre (20%).

Very Juicy berry and plum fruit with some noticeable pepper and savory this is better than many California GSM blends that I have had. Still sweeter than many old world versions but still good.
