Expressive nose with quite a lot of baking spice and some fresh red cherry + a pinch of exotic spice. Ripe, full, enticing
On the palate this is round & smooth with sultry, velvety tannins, a very nice presence on the mid palate and quite long lasting, spicy finish. Riper & rounder than I usually like my Barberas but a very nice wine nonetheless. The 15% alc sticks out a bit in the end though.

I hated this wine more than I’ve ever hated a wine. Cherry syrup. Blech

Good. Bought at Enoteca for ¥4,000.
