Started as a strawberry icing on yellow cake which is odd for extra brut, but this 2005 has some age on it. It turns to soft strawberry compost, pineapple pulp and shortbread cookie, becomes bright marigolds and honeysuckle pollen ,then suddenly croissant becomes primary, forgetting its sweet infancy like a whiff from a patisserie. The palate is calcareous, navel orange-lemon splash, tart, dried lime, and crystalline ginger. Chalky, and delicious. #metodoclassico #valentino #brutzero #bubbles #sparkling #Itsliansparkler

Very nice expression of Valentino's old vintage. Dégorgement in 2017. Crunchy mouth of bread's crust, lees and creamy butter.

Very classic, eyes closed you'd think it was champagne

I'mma let Franciacorta finish, but Rocche dei Manzoni had the best Italian sparkling wine of 2001.

Probably the best Prosecco I ever had. Definitely a strong yeast flavor

Hijt of citrus orange peel, grape fruitm, also slight aroma of peach with delicate herbal(rosrmary) aromas. Med body, high acid, med plus intensity, good amount of fruits(rupe yellow apple, hint of lemon, grapefruit). Well balanced among acid, fruit and structure. Oh, my, god. This is delicious! I drink this one with Salsiccia, roasted verdure, mozzarella pizza.

Wine has deep gold color with exciting brightness. Nose is very elegant and complicated. There are crushed yellow fruits, flowers and honey hints. On the palate fresh acidity (med+) and elegant body (med). Wine has exciting balance and long sensual finish.
