Straw colored white wine with light aromatics of pears and some mineral notes. Slightly effervescent on the tip of the tongue. Flavors of pears, spices and a little bit of a nutty element wrapped in a very clean and crisp wine. Paired very well with blackened red fish tonight. Lovely wine from Sicily.

May 25th, 2018Was afraid this would be a waste at such a young age...and it would have been better with time but for under $30 it was more than solid when ever it was we drank it. Some fat mineral quality, depth and weight but also showing pleasant acidity.
