Bold yellow color, very active big bubbles with
toasty, funky aroma. Very rich, not fruity, tastes like the lees, lots of yeasty fermentation, transports me back to a damp cold cellar in france

Carrying on the traditional style. It’s big and bold on the nose. Big bready, yeasty, and lemony notes. The palette is a bit flabby and full but it’s complex and I think it will come together in time. The finish is someone off sweet. Give this bottle time and it will sing. I just don’t think it stands up to the likes of NV Krug.
