I love wines like this. Light, fruity with a little bit of cracked pepper. Served with a chill it's super refreshing crisp. Don't be fooled, it has some structure and pairs beautifully with chicken marsala topped with a little flash seared prosciutto. Ripe raspberry and violets with a black tea note on the nose. Strawberries compote and some panna cotta, black tea.

100 % Nerello Mascalese grown organically on the northern slopes of Mount Etna at 600 meters above sea level. This wine is made to drink young.
Pale, bright cherry in colour with mineral notes of berries and dry brush. Cleansing acidity with flavours of earthy, crunchy red fruit and crisp strawberries.
