Les Terres Roses Bouzy Grand Cru Extra Brut Champagne Blend Rosé

100% Grand Cru from Bouzy. 64% Chardonnay & 36% Pinot Noir. No dosage.

Definitely the most complex in the tasting so far. Fruits are nicely subtle. Strawberries, cherries, some blackberries, white citrus mix, pink grapefruit & white citrus with a touch of peach. Very soft, chalky powder, same for the limestone & volcanics, touch of white spice, undertones of saline & sea fossils, yeasty, brioche, pink roses and spring flowers, a very nicely woven structure w/ a softly & smartly polished finish.

Super light rose champagne. Quite pretty with underripe strawberry, very fine mousse, and nice zippy acidity. Want to try this again.

This rose champagne is exceptional. Complex, yeasty, beautiful color. Just all out incredible champagne. I want a case

Popped and poured; courtesy of Good Life Provisions. Amazing, delicious rosé. Delicious, bright fruit. Tremendous verve. Could have single handedly taken this bottle to the head. A delight with brunch on Christmas weekend. Need to get more.

Light bubbles, strawberry, light, acidic

Well balanced crowd pleaser. Notes of croissant/brioche. Paired well with salmon in a lemon olive oil sauce.

Don’t drink this too cold. Once it warms up a bit it has lovely strawberry fruit. The last sip was the best.
