BYOB wine night with friends & various industry acquaintances celebrating the recent induction of a couple of them into the ranks of CMS Certified.
First time trying this producer: pretty solid. This was more on the delicate side, being light on its feet and exhibiting an agility I don’t often observe in rosé bubbles. — 2 days ago
A wonderful find at Bistro A Vin in Charleston where the wine is thoughtfully procured. Good value at $40ish for 375ml . Perfect balance — 18 days ago
B: strong acidity. Dry. Medium complexity with fruit notes. Very drinkable. Very enjoyable. Paired well with food at Cafe Juanita.
J: colorful. Strong bubble. Great story...better in a more open glass...pairs well with all foods. — 9 days ago
Had this about 2 years ago, and found another bottle. From a small producer, 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes, straw with golden edges with stone and tropical fruit aromas, tiny bubbles and a nice rich mousse. The palate shows ripe fruits, peach, pear & mango with underlining sweetness. Medium finish, crisp, ending with fruit and mineral tones. Aged well. Good for price. — 25 days ago
