What a great bottle. Palate goes from lightning acid to a bready, nutty, saline finish, with a length reminiscent of vin jaune. In between is a kaleidoscope of yellow and green fruit, poached apples and spices and snappy minerals. A knockout and a tremendous value if you can find it.
