Always find this cuvée Just a joy of a BdB from Gimmonet and the 2014 is no different. Incredibly fragrant, supple and rich fruit backed by an immediately vibrant acidity and mineral core. In a perfect place are the nose, mousse, mouthfeel and finish. Excellent.

2008 Gimmonet and pizza. Nose of bread and yeast flavours and tropical fruits like pine apple and bananas. Dripping and fat, this hawaii pizza should have stayed a few more min in the oven. Oh, and the Gimmonet was as fresh and delightful as always.

Generous. Quite toasty and forward.

Passed me by a touch this one. Alas, as I normally love a good lean Champers. A touch shrill for my palate today. I'll try it again.
