Yep we are in peak rose season right here—of course, this would work well any time of year. We have the whole spectrum of pink in the frigo right now but this one is the classic Provençal pale. It’s saline and floral at the outset and glides seamlessly into citrus and pit fruit. A benchmark

Really great Provence rosé, but quite delicate. Less robust than the 2021. This went well with grilled eggplant and red peppers in yogurt sauce, watermelon salad and tequila lime chicken skewers. Light and fresh for the start of summer.

I might have a cold but the aromas of this one still come through clear as a bell. Underripe strawberries lead the way, along with other things my runny nose won’t discern. It’s fresh and crisp and dry and delightful.

Bright raspberry, red berry scent. Heavy lime and minerals. Good typicity, good value. Not as delicate and glassy as other Provence rosés but very good on a spring day.
