Cranberry and raspberry, dried leaves, med + acidity. When tasting this at the winery side by side with the current release it seemed developed/ ready to go, but now (on its own) it still seems young 🤔

Light ruby color. Aromas of cherry, raspberry, leather, and baking spices with hints of earth emerging over time. Elegant, balanced red fruit on the palate with good acidity and spicy tannic finish. 5% whole cluster fermentation.
